Terms & License

Effective August 10, 2026 · Contact: toolbooth.app@gmail.com

1. Who you're buying from

Purchases are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ) acting as merchant of record and reseller: Creem handles payment, invoicing, sales tax/VAT and card data. The license below is granted by ToolBooth ("we", "us").

2. What each purchase includes

Early-access note: during the presale period some components (e.g. dashboard, Stripe adapter, parts of the playbook) are still being delivered as updates. What is included at any moment is described on the product page.

3. What you may and may not do

You may build, deploy and sell end products (paid MCP servers or APIs) created with the template, commercially and without attribution. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, open-source or otherwise make the template itself (or substantial portions of it) available as a template, boilerplate or competing product, whether modified or not.

4. Ownership & open-source components

The template is licensed, not sold; we retain all rights not granted. Your end products and the code you add are yours. Bundled open-source dependencies (e.g. Hono, the MCP SDK) remain under their own licenses, included in the repository.

5. Delivery & refunds

Delivery is by invitation to a private GitHub repository, normally within 24 hours of providing your GitHub username. As a digital product delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable; within 14 days of purchase we review refund requests case by case — email us or contact Creem support. Nothing in this section limits statutory rights that cannot be waived, including EU consumer rights as handled through Creem's checkout.

6. No warranty

The template, demo service and playbook are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Not professional advice

The playbook and documentation contain general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. You are responsible for your own business's compliance, taxes and terms.

8. Liability cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Your buyers are yours

You are solely responsible for the products you build and sell with the template — their operation, security, billing accuracy, terms and support. We are not a party to your sales.

10. Termination

The license ends automatically on material breach of section 3. Sections 4–9 survive.
