What we collect

• Purchase data: your email address and order details, received from our payment provider after checkout. Card numbers never reach us — payment is handled entirely by Creem.
• Delivery data: for template licenses, the GitHub username you submit for the repository invite.
• Service data: for demo API keys, a hash of your key and aggregate usage counts (for quota enforcement). We do not store the content of your tool calls.

We use no cookies, trackers or analytics scripts on this site.

Why we process it

To deliver what you bought, enforce usage quotas, provide support, and meet legal obligations (contract performance and legitimate interest under GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), (f)).

Where it lives

Data is stored in Cloudflare's D1 database on Cloudflare's global infrastructure (a US company; processing under its customer DPA with EU SCCs). Checkout data is processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia) under its own privacy terms. If you are outside these regions, note your data is stored abroad.

How long

Order records are kept while your license or key is active and as required for tax and accounting. Demo keys and their usage counters may be deleted after prolonged inactivity.

Your rights

Email toolbooth.app@gmail.com to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to processing. We respond within 30 days. EU/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.

We'll update this page if our practices change; the effective date above always reflects the current version.
